At Lack of Color, we want you to love your new headwear; however, if the fit or style isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your hat in its original hat box and shipping carton to prevent any crushing or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
